Ledgeroo's Story

Ledgeroo began with one numbers gal, a baby on her hip, and a big belief: that business owners deserve bookkeeping that’s not only accurate, but also supportive, proactive, and shaped around the way their businesses truly work.

"Having worked in public practice for many years, I saw just how overwhelming the backend of a business can get. I know the numbers matter, but so does having steady, practical support behind the scenes. 

And so, I started Ledgeroo — built on the idea that with the right bookkeeping and admin support, small businesses can, with a little more ease, stay grounded, organised, and focused on growth."

Justine is the Melbourne-based numbers gal behind Ledgeroo — a reliable organiser, meticulous book-balancer, and a strong advocate for grassroots businesses and the people who run them.

Originally from the Philippines, Justine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting.  Having worked for years as a bookkeeper and an accountant in Australia, along with later starting her own business, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges and moving parts of running one.  

She’s driven by a strong work ethic and a genuine care for the people she supports. She thrives on helping small business owners feel more in control and confident, one reconciliation at a time.

These days, when she’s not on active mummy duty, she spends her free time bouldering or experimenting with flavours on the stove —   often with her little one watching closely from the sidelines.
